Preparation for First presentation to Heritage 17/04/2008

---*disclaimer*---

Ok, so I haven’t blogged in like a billion years. I really should catch up. There are reasons, but if you’re marking this you should know, and if you’re the general public, its really not any of your business or worth your time to be honest.

Preparation for First presentation to Heritage 17/04/2008

The images below are the presentation sheets I created to pitch my initial concept to Chris at Heritage. The text upon the sheets explains where I'm coming from, links and further explanations are below.

I also created 2 animations to pitch how the environment changes over time. Its a basic visualization that demonstrates how the globes change colour and the sound intensifies as the lobby bustles with crowds.

The main concept is based off
W+K studios Nokia Christmas lights in regent street 2007.

I feel this would be a great way to create an interactive installation thats quiet subtle, the users need only to be in its presence to get an interactive experience, leaving the reception area free of clutter. The initial concept has so much potential for variation. I'm going to an elegant form combined with a subtle experience.
